Circuits, is a full body workout combining cardio, weights and floor exercises. This class last roughly 45 minutes including a warm up and cool down. It’s quite simple, we give you the exercises, you choose the weights and we will instruct you to perform each exercise safely and correctly to prevent injury, yet get the maximum from you. You will build upper and lower body strength by lifting weights. We include cardiovascular exercises and there is also floor work where we focus on abdominals and core.
All of these components are vital to our overall strength and health. We have clients from the age of 20 to 60+ and our fully qualified instructors are always on hand to help or adapt each exercise to suit any individual. As always, we want you to enjoy your class so don’t be surprised if there is a burst of giggles.
