Power Hour is designed for people who do not wish to go to the intimidating environment of the gym. We have designed a circuit style class which allows you to exercise many muscle groups without being in a gym environment… and we have done since August 2016.
We run this class 5 times a week. Anybody who has tried it, have loved it because it caters for everybody. This has proven to be a great way to improve your strength, fitness and stamina as we change the workout every time..
Our client base is very broad.. They range from 20’s to 60’s and everything in between, this is a class that anybody can do. You will get personal attention from Eoin or Sinead to ensure you are keeping good technique and working to the best of your ability. As always, we will have a giggle!!
