Sinead spent years both performing and teaching Salsa and Merengue dancing. A salsa fitness class features exotic rhythms set to high energy Latin international beats allowing you to burn calories without noticing. This is a class that Sinead loves and you do not need a partner. You will be taught certain steps from different styles of dancing from the very basic to advanced levels. As always, anybody can attend these fun classes as we design every class to suit all abilities.
There are both fast and slow steps to allow you some time to recover. This is all taken into consideration in the design of the class, song selection and order of performance. Drop down and try it… you’ll enjoy yourself!!
NB: We have installed a sprung loaded floor specifically to help absorb some of the impact on YOUR joints and muscles. Not all studios have this. It is essential that we protect our joints!!
