Strength and Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning classes are on our timetable here at FitBug. Please don’t fear a strength class. This is in fact a fantastic full body workout thought by our expert coaches. These classes last roughly 45 minutes and all of our classes are structured to suit all levels of ability including beginners. We can modify almost any exercise to suit you. If you are a beginner, male or female, you will 100% be able to do this class. We get the maximum from you by using various weights, steps, bikes, mats and more. We feel everybody should do at least 2 weight based classes per week.
